Just like Rockwood Lump Charcoal, Rockwood Smoking Woods are all-natural and made entirely from Missouri hardwoods. Available in 200 cu-in bags of chips or 300 cu-in bags of 1.5” chunks—in the varieties of Apple, Cherry, Hickory, Maple, Peach, and Pecan—the heat-treated smoking woods will only be available to the St. Louis market initially. Since Rockwood Charcoal is known for its very neutral smoke, these woods will allow the pitmaster to precisely control the wood smoke flavor profile and intensity they desire.
