Got Wood?! We sure do!
Our Premium Rockwood Kiln Dried Wood Chunks and Chips can be ordered by the case with FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the continental US! Hit the shop links in the picture for instant access to our Buy Now page! 🇺🇸🔥
Chunks: Order by the case of EIGHT of our 300 cubic inch bags of Missouri Hardwood chunks (30-36# total depending on species and moisture content.) The chunks are 1.5-2.0" in size, perfect for any smoker type or size. They're heat treated/kiln dried to stomp out any critters or mold. Choose from six of our favorite woods, and you can mix the case half & half (4 bags of each).
The Chunks are perfect for low and slow smokes over charcoal fires. These chunks are dry and dense, no need to soak them (that's for chips.) If you have a gas or an electric smoker, or you like to add smoke when grilling, best to use the chips instead. Check out our pairing chart--these are the ones the pros on the competition circuit use!
Chips: order by the case of TWELVE of our 200 cubic inch bags of Missouri Hardwood. The chips vary in shape and size by species, but they're usually about 1" in length. They're heat treated/kiln dried to stomp out any critters or mold. Choose from six of our favorite woods, and you can mix the case half & half (6 bags of each).
Chips are perfect for gas grills & smokers, or electric smokers--soak them in water and/or wrap them in foil. Also, use chips when you want to impart as much smoke as you can on a fast sear over a charcoal fire (do not soak.) For low and slow on a charcoal grill, best to use the chunks instead. ...
