Have you ever smoked a Pork brisket?! Unbelievable next level cook from our talented friend Kevin, @coastalgrillin!!
He smoked a whole Pork Brisket at 275°-300° until the internal temp was 203°. Rested, sliced, skewered and slathered with Trybachans Japanese BBQ Sauce, which is Amazing btw!
You want to smoke this low and slow so the connective tissue breaks down, which will give you an incredibly moist cut with deep flavor.
